Simply call the Toll Free Number above, and push "0" for a live operator, and ask the operator to place your call collect to the number listed below, and the operator will place that call for free by reversing the charges so that DISCOVER CARD will pay for the entire length of your call no matter how long you may need to talk with us. This can save you a lot of money on your international calling needs, and especially in times of emergency.
